Campbell Valley

An Elite, Close-knit Community Surrounded by Nature

campbellvalleymap.jpgCampbell Valley area is surrounded by nature and with lots of land and space it showcases an urban-dweller farmland and distinctive show homes on the South end of the Township of Langley. High Point Estates is the Lower Mainland’s finest location for estate single family homes location on a master planned equestrian development. Single-family dwellings, plentiful parkland, community shopping districts, easy access to the United States, and old-world elegance makes High Point an enviable place to live.

A predominantly single-family dwelling area, there are numerous choices for educational institutions either within, or in close proximity to the borders of Campbell Valley. Halls Prairie Elementary and Earl Marriott Secondary are the names of two local schools and there is also as an option for the youngest in your family at the Montessori Country Pre-School.

If private schools are more of a consideration, they are well represented within a short walk of any Grandview Surrey address. Southridge offers education for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

In the heart of the area is The Campbell Valley Regional Park, a large park located amongst farm land and with a sprawling network of trails for walking, horseback riding, and exploring. The park is also home to the Campbell Valley Milner Downs Equestrian Centre and the historic Langley Speedway. Bird watching, picnicking, and dog walking are also popular in the park as the easy terrain is perfect for families.

High Point Equestrian Centre is Western Canada’s premier private member Equestrian Centre and Clubhouse. Located at the entry to the development this outstanding 4,000sqft facility offers members outdoor and indoor riding, gym, tennis courts and lounge.

If golf is more of a passion for some, Hazelmere Golf Course is also located within the community and is host to many local tournaments. The club also offers four indoor tennis courts for members and the public.

Shopping and Restaurants

Since this is primarily a countryside community the shopping is close by in all directions. In the west are the Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners shopping areas with over 100 shops and restaurants. To the North is Willowbrook Shopping Center and south is the border to the United States.
