Comparative Market Analysis
One of the many benefits of working with us is our ability to provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is an assessment of a property's market value, done to establish a reasonable listing price. The price is established by comparing the property to similar properties in the same area.
The CMA is made up of three areas:
- Homes currently on the market (Active Listings)
- Homes that have recently sold (Sold Listings)
- Homes that did not sell (Expired Listings)
Reviewing these homes helps us to examine the trends that allow us to price your home competitvely.
