One of the Most Eclectic & Fastest Growing Areas in South Surrey

Grandview Surrey is the newest neighbourhood in South Surrey. A master planned area that is still growing at a rapid pace is set in the heart of three major shopping area; where you are sure to find the products and services you are looking for. The area has a mix of single family homes, luxury townhomes, family townhomes and condos.


Grandview Surrey has many education institutions within its borders. Pacific Heights Elementary and Morgan Creek Elementary offer the educational facilities for the younger family members; as Earl Marriott Secondary School caters to the young teen in the family.

Recently, there has been city indications passed for the development of a brand new elementary and high school. In particular, a Grandview High School is being designed for property in center of the Grandview area, while the new Sunnyside Elementary is to be built near Walmart.

If private schools are more of a consideration, they are well represented within a short walk of any Grandview Surrey address. Southridge and White Rock Christian Academy offers education for students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. In addition, for the youngest students the prestigious CEFA offers a Baby Program and Junior Kindergarten options.



As this area develops more recreational amenities are being created. The Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre is currently on track and will be located at 24th Avenue and 168th Street. It will feature all the amenities expected of a modern-day facility, including a 10-lane Olympic-sized pool, a family and leisure pool, water slides, diving towers and a weight room

Currently the area offers the popular Steve Nash Sports Club, a 40,000 square foot facility with state of the art equipment, group and private classes.

In the mood to tee off, golf courses are also close by with Morgan Creek Golf Couse just North and Meridian Gold, a par 3 just south of the area.


Shopping and Restaurants

Grandview Surrey is mostly defined by its shopping centers. Areas like the Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners offer shoppers a traditional mix of an urban lifestyle and value-oriented retail with a Wal-Mart Supercentre, Home Depot, Future Shop, and The Brick. This is where the community takes shape with well over 70 retail stores including upscale fashion and accessories, home furnishings, casual bistros and restaurants making this is a unique outdoor shopping experience.
