Comparative Market Analysis

One of the many benefits of working with us is our ability to provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). A CMA is an assessment of a property's market value, done to establish a reasonable listing price. The price is established by comparing the property to similar properties in the same area.

The CMA is made up of three areas:

  1. Homes currently on the market (Active Listings)
  2. Homes that have recently sold (Sold Listings)
  3. Homes that did not sell (Expired Listings)
