Sunnyside Park has the biggest area of grass fields in South Surrey know has the South Surrey Athletic Park. Another amenity near the several soccer fields is South Surrey Recreation Center; this center has an outdoor skate park attached to a basketball outdoor court and houses several indoor sports and activities for all ages in the community. In the center of the Athletic Park is South Surrey Arena, home to the Surrey Eagles it has free ice skating days, figure skating classes and competitions and hockey tournaments.
